HOW DOES IT WORK?
DESIGN
You need to select the desired products and approve all visuals before moving on to the next step.
STORE SETUP
- Our programmers will integrate 3D visuals of your garments into your personalized store.
- Documents will be provided for you to share with your members. Although the stores are not complex to use, additional instructions are provided to facilitate the process.
- You set the order deadline. Production times begin after the store closes. The 25-business-day turnaround time also applies to online orders.
ORDERS
Your club members will be able to order online for a period you predetermine. We will provide you with documents to send to them to guide them through their online order. They will receive an order confirmation by email after secure payment on our website.
* If the quantities corresponding to the agreed price are not reached, additional fees may be charged to the team.
DELIVERY
Delivery can be grouped or individual. Additional charges apply for individual deliveries depending on the geographic region and package size. We can also package orders separately to save you this hassle, for a small additional fee.
RE-ORDER
You can reopen the online store and reorder at any time!
