From the beginning of the process, you will be in contact with an account manager who will provide you with all the necessary information about products, prices, and ordering procedures.

Once you have chosen your products, a graphic designer will be assigned to work with you on your concept. Please refer to the Design Guide page on our website to prepare the essential elements for your product design.

You will quickly receive your first design proof. Then, we will continue to refine and adjust your visual until you are completely satisfied with the appearance of your project.

A color test will be sent to you so that you can see the result and, if necessary, choose the exact shade desired. This will be printed directly on the fabrics that will be used to manufacture your product.

Once the order is received by our team, we will send you a detailed confirmation via our accounting system, including taxes. A 50% deposit is required to put your project into production. Shipping costs will be confirmed upon shipment according to your region and chosen delivery options.

The fun starts now! We prepare the files for printing, which are printed with water-based inks that are then transferred to the fabric. This step is called sublimation. Once the colors are transferred to the fabric, the product is cut and then assembled. The entire manufacturing process is done in Quebec City, Canada.
