DESIGN

When designing a semi-custom jersey, should white areas remain white?

No. The only fixed element when creating a semi-custom design is the graphic itself. Colors can be changed as desired, and logos can be placed anywhere you wish.

Are there any fees for additional colors?

No. Apogée Sports offers unlimited color choices. This heat transfer printing method allows all images and graphics to be printed in full color. Sublimation ensures sharp lines and vibrant colors. This technology enables us to be efficient while reducing costs.

Can I see a sample of my custom design before receiving it?

We produce a fabric color test for all custom clothing orders. You will have a choice of several shades for each of the main colors of your garments, and you can also confirm the fabric choice. The test will be presented to you once the design is approved.

In what format should I send my logos?

Logos must be vector files in .EPS or .AI format. If you use an image like PNG or TIFF, it must be high resolution (300+ dpi). JPEG graphics lose quality and, as such, often print very poorly and are not recommended. If graphics cannot be provided in vector format, additional fees will be charged for our team to trace missing logos, if the quality of the provided images allows us to do so.

I want to create my own vector design using Adobe Illustrator. Can I get the design templates?

Yes, visit the design templates page to download the file that corresponds to the desired garments. Keep in mind that, while you may be quite skilled in design, we will always present your design to Apogée's design department to ensure internal quality control elements within our system.

Do you charge for custom design creation?

The first 3 versions of the design are free. After the 3rd version, additional fees may apply. Make sure you have all logos and design instructions before starting the process to optimize the time allotted for your design.

I'm not sure what I want; can you help me create a design?

Our design team is fully capable of creating something specific to your needs. It is helpful to provide us with as much information as possible, including but not limited to, the desired style/design elements, images, and colors. Inspiration images are also very useful to illustrate what you have in mind to our team.

Do I have to have the Apogée logo on my custom apparel?

We are proud of our products and want to ensure consistency across all our products. Therefore, logos cannot be removed, moved, or shrunk.

Can I work directly with one of your designers?

Yes! You will be in direct contact with a designer throughout the creation of your apparel.

Are Pantone / CMYK the same as the colors Apogée uses?

Pantone colors and those used by Apogée are very similar and use the same CMYK. However, colors appear differently on computers and mobile devices. Once your design is approved, a color test will be automatically sent to you so you can confirm the desired colors.

CUTS AND SIZING

What is the difference between Club fit - Elite fit - Super Elite?

These are 3 distinct product categories for 3 specific clienteles. Please refer to the product catalogs for the sport you practice for more information on this subject.

Can I receive a fitting kit?

Yes. Once the design is approved, we will send you fitting kits for a period of 1 week following their receipt. We do not cover return shipping costs for the kits. Only one shipment is provided by Apogée. If additional samples are needed, shipping costs will be charged to the client. You can also refer to the size charts as well as the assembly bases available online to complete your order.

CARE

We offer superior quality clothing to all our customers, at all times. Our products are guaranteed against any fabric and manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year.

How should I care for and wash my clothes?

To preserve the integrity and color of the fabrics, wash garments on a delicate cycle in cold water using mild soap. Close all zippers before washing. Do not use fabric softeners. Air dry. Do not bleach, wring, stretch, heat, tumble dry, dry clean or iron. For more details on cleaning your personalized clothing, consult the care page.

HOW TO ORDER

What is the minimum quantity required to place an order?

The minimum quantity required is 5 units of the same item.

What is the necessary deposit amount to start production?

A 50% deposit is required to start production of an order. This deposit is non-refundable in case of order cancellation.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, debit cards (at our store only), cash (at our store only), and checks. Please note that the order only begins when the check is cashed and the funds are available in our bank account.

What is the production time once the deposit is received?

Production takes 25 to 30 business days. It is very important to inform us of the maximum delivery date in case of an event. However, even with an event date, the 25 to 30 business day lead time is necessary for production (excluding transportation delays beyond our control, of course). This lead time begins when the design is approved, the order is received, and the deposit is cashed. We work with carriers such as Purolator, GLS, UPS, DHL, Fedex.

What if I need to add items to an order that has already been placed?

Once an order is in production, after a 48-72 hour delay, we can no longer make modifications. You can, however, place a new order, which must respect the minimum quantities to obtain preferential prices.

Do you charge for custom design concepts?

The first 3 versions of the design are free. After the 3rd version of the design, additional fees may apply. Make sure you have all logos and instructions regarding the design before starting the process and to optimize the time offered for your design.

Can items be combined to obtain preferential pricing?

Items cannot be combined to meet the minimums of a new order. Minimums of only five items per garment/type are specific and necessary. There are no quantity limits for "repeat" orders.

Can I open my team store while we are working on the design?

No. The creation process must be completed before an online team store can be opened.

How long does it take to receive my garments after they are shipped?

After your garment delivery, it takes approximately 2 to 7 business days to receive your package via Purolator, GLS, UPS, Fedex, DHL. They try to deliver as quickly as possible depending on your region. Expedited delivery is also possible at a higher rate. Refer to your account manager to find out the estimated delivery costs.

I ordered a custom garment and the size does not fit, what can I do?

Our garments are custom-made, all orders are final. We do not make additional quantities, so it is impossible to proceed with an exchange. We advise you to contact your team leader to see if other members wish to make changes.

I ordered a garment through a team store a few weeks ago. Can I get information on delivery dates please?

Your team manager determines how long a team store should remain open. Only when the store closes will your individual order go into production. Some team stores remain open for several weeks. It is at closing that the order goes into production and the 25 business day production to delivery time begins. Please contact your team leader for additional information.

Do I need to sign upon receipt of my garments?

Our agreement requires a signature on all custom orders. Please contact your account manager if you need this signature requirement removed. If the shipment is returned to our offices, you may incur additional shipping charges.
