Steps to follow

INFORMATION + SUBMISSION

At Apogee, we are committed to the success of your project. We know how much team spirit and a sense of belonging among your club members is directly linked to your personalized team apparel.

From the beginning of the process, you will be in contact with an account manager to obtain more information about products, prices, ordering procedures, and to answer any other questions you may have.

FREE DESIGN WITH UNLIMITED COLORS AND LOGOS!

Once the products are chosen, you will also be in direct contact with a graphic designer. Refer to the "Documents and required information" page to prepare the essential elements for the design of your apparel.

You will see your first design proof within 2 to 3 business days. Then, we will continue to refine your ideas until you are completely satisfied with the look of your apparel.

COLOR SELECTION AND FITTING

Once the design is approved, it's time to confirm sizes using the fitting templates provided for a period of one week. It is important to let us know if you also need junior sizes.

A color test is sent so you can choose from multiple shades of your design colors. It is printed directly on the fabrics that will be used to manufacture your apparel. The color test is a working tool for our team. It must be signed and returned to our office, otherwise production cannot begin.

Fitting templates

1. Apogee Sports will send fitting templates free of charge for any custom apparel order anywhere in Canada. We do not cover the return shipping costs of the templates or the costs for a second shipment of samples for the same order.
2. You can keep the templates for a period of 1 week. If you need them for a longer period, please refer to your account manager to check the availability of the templates for the desired period.
3. Templates are available in sizes 8 to 16 for juniors and in sizes XS to 3XL for adults. Please make sure to request junior sizes if needed from your account manager.
4. Fitting templates are regularly updated to be as close to the finished product as possible. However, new products are sometimes tighter as the fabrics have not yet been worn. (Like a pair of jeans, for example). Keep this in mind throughout the fitting process to ensure you choose the correct size.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once the order is received by our team, we will send you the detailed invoice including taxes to confirm the total price of the order. A 50% deposit is required to put the apparel into production.

Order Policy

1. Approval of spelling and grammar on the final visual submitted
2. Authorization to use all logos and/or copyrighted material incorporated into the graphic design
3. Verification of products placed in order, quantities, sizes, and other specifications
4. Agreement to pay the full order before shipment
5. Agreement to pay the initial 50% deposit before taxes, serving to start production
6. Agreement to pay shipping costs and sales taxes

PRODUCTION

Now the fun begins! We prepare the files for printing, which are printed with water-based inks, then transferred to the fabric using heat. This step is called sublimation. Once the colors are transferred to the fabric, the garment is laser-cut and then assembled by our seamstresses in our various production facilities.

DELIVERY

Our team works with the best carriers to ensure you benefit from the best prices and delivery times.

What you need to know about delivery

1. Production of custom products is a maximum of 25 business days . It is very important to inform us of the maximum delivery date in case of an event. However, even with an event date, the 25 business day lead time is necessary for production. This lead time begins when the design is approved, the order is received, and the deposit is cashed.
2. After dispatch, it takes approximately 2 to 7 business days to receive your package. Expedited delivery is also possible at a higher rate. Refer to your account manager for estimated delivery costs.
3. For the purchase of products in Apogee's online store, allow 10 business days for order processing and shipping.
