WARRANTY AND ACCIDENT REPLACEMENT POLICY

WARRANTY

Custom wheels are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for the periods specified below, from the date of original purchase. During this specific period, Custom will replace or repair, free of charge and at its discretion, Custom wheels that have a manufacturing defect. Parts replaced or repaired in accordance with this warranty will be covered for a period equal to the remaining portion of the original equipment warranty.

All Custom wheels are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

We guarantee all products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the original date of purchase (valid proof of purchase required).

Not covered by our basic warranty if:

CUSTOM-LUX wheels used in cycling or triathlon events related to a race or any other timed event, or if the wheels are modified, lost, misused, melted, improperly installed are not covered by the warranty. CUSTOM LUX brake pads and CUSTOM LUX brass nuts are designed specifically for our rims; any modifications or replacement of parts from another brand will void this warranty. Purchases made through eBay or similar resale sites are not supported by CUSTOM LUX.

CUSTOM WHEELS ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY POLICY

We will rebuild your damaged wheel if it is dented, cracked, bent, or otherwise destroyed. Send us your damaged wheel and existing hub, and we will rebuild it with a new rim and spokes. The hub will be analyzed for any damage. We will contact you if your hub(s) requires maintenance or replacement. Collision replacement or repair is subject to the same conditions as ordering new wheels, depending on the pre-order lead time, unless the rims are in stock. The accident replacement policy is valid for the original owner for a period of 2 years with the original invoice. Apogee Sports will send you a new wheel for 50% of the MSRP if repair costs are higher. Apogee Sports may choose to replace the wheel with another of equal or higher quality if the original product is out of stock. 

  

MAINTENANCE

 

WASHING AND CARE

Your clothes are made of synthetic materials, so it is important to wash them in cold water (delicate cycle) and air dry them to avoid damaging the fibers. To prevent altering the absorbent and breathable properties of the fabrics, it is recommended not to use fabric softener, as it blocks the pores. Wash clothes with all zippers closed, in an individual bag.

Our advice: when you return from your session, wash your outfit immediately. If this is not possible, air dry it to prevent bacteria responsible for bad odors from proliferating and setting in sweat odors.

ABRASION AND VELCRO

Avoid contact with Velcro.

Spandex and polyester are fibers sensitive to abrasion. Any contact with Velcro, waist bags, wrist straps, and rough surfaces can significantly damage your clothes and create pilling.

REPAIRS

Repair service is available at Apogee based on a prior evaluation by our team. To do this, wash the garment and send it to us with an explanatory note at our offices in Saint-Augustin. For any questions regarding repairs, please contact us at: info@apogee-sports.com
